Service Description

Are you ready to dive headfirst into understanding the power of menstruation? Do you have a feeling that there's more to womanhood than what we're sold in society today? You are not alone! This is the perfect class for women who are ready to tune into the cycles of the female body and work with them instead of against them. Expect to end this course feeling: +confident practicing self care during each phase of your menstrual cycle +connected to your body and inner temple +connected to a group of women doing the work Each class includes opportunities for self reflection, sharing, womb-centered movements, discussion about the phases of the menstrual cycle, and q + a with the facilitator. At the end of the 6 week series, there will be an opportunity to participate in 3 months of 1 on 1 support with the facilitator, Kimberly Glenn, in order to receive guidance as you work to experience the full benefits of integrating menstrual cycle awareness into everyday life. 1 on 1 support is an additional service that will be available for purchase at any time during or before the 6 week series. Kimberly Glenn has been shaping her life around her cycle for about 4 years. She has attended multiple trainings related to womb health and has conducted hours of research to bring the best information she can to her clients. Certified as a doula and in prenatal and postnatal yoga, much of her time is spent studying and experiencing the ins-and-outs of womanhood, sisterhood, and self care. She also facilitates a monthly self-care group for mothers looking to connect with themselves and each other; the group is called Mindful Mamas Gathering (Southern Illinois) and can be found on Facebook.
