Celebrate the Solstice by honoring your spirit! Enjoy a deeply relaxing evening- restore your spirit and connect to true inner peace. A gentle Restorative Yoga practice followed by the Healing vibrations of the Crystal Bowls will create a sacred space for you to re-center, connect to joy and truly celebrate the Solstice. Yogi Tea and Treats will be served afterwards. No yoga experience needed!
