Celebrate the Solstice by honoring your spirit! The winter solstice is a time to go inward, rest, and connect to your higher self and spiritual guidance. A gentle Restorative Yoga practice followed by the Healing vibrations of the Crystal Bowls will create a sacred space for you to re-center, connect to joy, inner peace and truly celebrate the Solstice. Yogi Tea and Treats will be served afterwards. No yoga experience needed!
