Celebrate the Solstice by honoring your spirit! The winter solstice season is a time to go inward, rest, and connect to your higher self and spiritual guidance. A gentle Restorative Yoga practice followed by the Healing vibrations of the Crystal Bowls will create a sacred space for you to re-center, relax, connect to joy, inner peace and truly celebrate the Solstice. Everyone welcome-no yoga experience needed!
