Interested in meditation? Have you heard about some of the amazing, scientifically proven benefits meditation offers? Not sure how to start? Or maybe you are just wondering what meditation really is, or why people meditate. Perhaps you have tried meditation before and are now ready to come back to your practice. This class will be beneficial for all of the above! We will discuss meditation, answer your questions, and practice together as a group. Learn different yogic techniques of meditation (mindfulness, mantra and yantra) and establish a specific practice that works for you. Starting a meditation practice can be daunting and this class is designed to give you the guidance and support to begin and continue successfully. Remember, everyone can meditate- even you!

Making Room For Your Womb

Are you ready to dive headfirst into understanding the power of menstruation? Do you have a feeling that there's more to womanhood than what we're sold in society today? You are not alone! This is the perfect class for women who are ready to tune into the cycles of the female body and work with them instead of against them. Expect to end this course feeling confident practicing self care during each phase of your menstrual cycle, connected to your body and inner temple, and connected to a group of women doing the work together.

 

Each class includes opportunities for self reflection, sharing, womb-centered movements, discussion about the phases of the menstrual cycle, and q + a with the facilitator.

Yoga Teacher Practicum

with Anne Discepolo

This course is designed for new teachers who lacked adequate in person feedback on teaching techniques, (due to training online) or teachers that just want to build confidence and gain valuable teaching experience.  The course will be covering topics such as finding your own teaching style, hands on adjustments, self care for instructors, using props, building your student base, finding your niche, and other topics that you request!
Each class you will have an opportunity to practice teaching, receive kind and loving feedback, and experience your classmates various style of teaching. We learn the most from each other!  
This workshop will be limited to six committed instructors, so that there is  adequate time to really personally train each teacher, and address concerns and questions, and build a close community. Wherever you are at in your yoga practice, or teaching journey I will meet you there, and help you step forward.
Your course tuition includes a 30 minute private coaching session with Anne, and an opportunity to teach a full length community class with supervision. 
We will meet for six Saturdays from 12:30- 6:00pm over three months. No refunds will be given for missed sessions. Dates can be flexible if the change works for everyone in the group.
Course tuition is $450. Payment plans available, possible financial aid as well. Please contact Anne for more info.
