Class Schedule:

Tuesdays:

1:00-2:15pm Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate Level Class will include stretching, strengthening, balance, breath-work. We will be working into more advanced postures as well. Class ends with deep relaxation. Pre-registration is required.

6 wks for $60.

6:00-7:15pm Hatha Yoga 

Hatha Yoga class that will combine stretching, strengthening, balance, breath work, and deep relaxation. All levels welcome. Pre-registration is required.

Wednesdays: 

10:00am-11:15 Seniors/ Gentle Yoga

A Gentle Yoga class that will combine stretching, strengthening, balance, breath work, and deep relaxation.Slower paced class excellent for seniors, those dealing with injuries or health issues or those that prefer a gentle relaxing approach to yoga. Chairs may be used. Pre-registration is required.

YOGA BASICS (four week special course)

Wondering if yoga can benefit you? Learn the basics of yoga in a fun, relaxed class. You don't need to be fit or flexible to benefit from yoga! Class will include discussion, individual assistance and practice. After completion student should be comfortable joining any other yoga class. 90 mins.
