This 8-week session will consist of various modalities of meditation, breathing practices, chanting, asana and Kundalini practices, using a variety of trauma- informed practices to establish a “toolkit” that may be helpful for your experience. Each session will be presented as an invitation to explore in depth options to further deepen into your unique areas of well –being.
