Peace & Pregnancy
with Kimberly Glenn

This class is intended as a nurturing and rejuvenating space dedicated to cultivating self-love and inner peace for pregnant mommas-to-be. Instructions are invitational only and plenty of modifications are available for each pose. All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is needed! Participants can expect a laid back environment to explore birth movement, meditation, relaxation, and introspection through journaling prompts. Light refreshments will be provided.


Kim is certified as a DONA-trained doula, with additional trainings in prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga, and is currently studying to receive certification as a 200 hour yoga teacher as well as a lamaze-trained holistic birth educator.

This is a 6 week course starting

on June 12th.


Community Yoga

Stretch, breathe, strengthen, relax... Drop in for an all level Hatha community class. Pay what you can afford, or offer a gift or barter, or even just a smile! Community Yoga will now be held in the Healing Traditions Studio on the Makanda Boardwalk! Please check FB or our website for updates.




Community Meditation

Need a quiet peaceful place to practice meditation? Would you like to connect with a supportive meditation community? Please join our new meditation group. This is not a meditation class, but an opportunity for those that already know how to meditate to deepen their practice and enjoy group sharing and support. Meditators are encouraged to bring inspirational or informative text about meditation to share with the group. There will be time for group reading, brief discussion, and sharing. Followed by a 30 min silent meditation.  Drop in- donations gratefully accepted.

Hatha Yoga
with Anne Discepolo

Anne's Hatha Yoga class combines stretching, strengthening, balance, breath work, and deep relaxation. All levels are welcome!

This is a 6 week course starting on September 6th.



Gentle/Chair Yoga
with Anne Discepolo

The Gentle Chair Yoga class combines stretching, strengthening, balance, breath work, and deep relaxation. This slower paced class is excellent for seniors, those dealing with injuries or health issues or those that prefer a gentle relaxing approach to yoga.

Class will occur OUTDOORS as weather permits. Students will be notified of class cancellation by 8:30 am on the day of class.

This is a 6 week course starting on September 7th. There will be no class on 10/12, and instead a makeup class will be on 10/19.


Slow Flow
with Jo Kilmer

Imagine your body moving through slow asanas allowing you to embody the practices fully. Using a variety of breath practices, mudras and chanting will provide you an opportunity to allow sensations to be your guide. Focusing on a fully embodied practice with alignment cues given will be a time set aside for you. Everything offered is invitational only and provided in safe and comfortable environment. This is an 8 week course starting on September 28th.
