Heart Centered Restorative Yoga
with Sound Healing (with Amanda)
Service Description
Guest instructor Amanda is offering a special Heart Centered Restorative class with Sound Healing. Class will include some gentle mindful flowing movement, and restorative postures accompanied by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. All levels welcome, and this first offering is a donation class, $20 suggested donation, but any offering is welcome. This is great opportunity for those that are short on cash to receive some healing! Space is limited so you must pre-register.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. Cash or Check Payments are the only payments accepted at time of appointment. If you would like to pay with a credit card or Venmo please choose "pay now" option when booking, or request a payment link via email. All credit card and Venmo payments must be processed online and IN ADVANCE of your appointment. Thank you for your support and understanding as we do our best to stay in business and serve you!
