Summer Solstice is the time of the year we are nourished with the most sunlight. It is the optimum time of growth for all Mother Earth's creatures, including us! Take some time during this Summer Solstice Season to go within and nourish and nurture what is within you that is ready to grow. A gentle Restorative Yoga practice followed by the Healing vibrations of the Crystal Bowls will create space for you to pause, breathe deeply, nourish your spirit and gently tend to that which is growing within you. No yoga experience needed!
